I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bigger than expected, well-appointed, and spacious, with thoughtful daily touches, but the view was horrendous. The service was hit or miss, with some amazing staff catering to our needs and others seeming uninterested. The location was convenient for exploring the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods but lacked charm. The dining options were average, with some fresh food but limited choices.
